Metro Louisville councilwoman Judy Green has proposed a nonbinding resolution that encourages Louisvillians to pull their pants up, according to Examiner.com. The resolution in the council wouldn’t make it illegal to sag your pants. The resolution states: "The Metro Council hereby urges Louisville Metro citizens, especially the children of this community ... when in public ... to wear their pants or trousers at an appropriate level on their waist so as not to expose their undergarments and/or skin which falls below their waistline."

It'd be nice though! 2 of our 3 sons are finally out of this stage. The middle boy can't seem to give it up!!

My wife an I were driving downtown Lexington the other day and a guy had his down to about his knees walking down the street, the big problem was he forgot to put on his boxers, so we got to see his arse. My wife said look he don't have any drawers on, I said I didn't need to see that.

That't too funny Lock. I've never understood this trend. It looks like they have trouble walking, let alone covering up their arse.

It wasn't really all that noticeable, he did have on "Black Pants" and a "Black shirt".

shhhhhh! that is the myth i keep telling my step son. Although, he thinks he is a bad a$$ so he keeps sagging anyway. It is pretty ridiculous, though, when they can't even walk cuz they gotta hold their drawers up.
