Ever wonder where our jobs are going?

Post by $parechange »

This is fascinating. If you watch, listen to the very last couple of sentences.

This is a short video of a new Ford plant in Brazil . One look at this and you will be able to understand why there will probably never be another assembly plant built in the USA.
It will also point out why more assembly plants will go offshore.
You won't doubt that Ford, GM, and Chrysler are destined to go under, after watching this video.
They will survive, but their assembly operations in the U.S. likely won't, whether we have provided a bailout or not (listen closely at the end for the reason why).

Watch the video, then pass it on!

And we wonder where the jobs go. This should help with the explanation!!!!!

Marina/Ramp: Currently mostly out of Jamestown but spend a lot of time at the other Marinas.

Pre2012-Conley Bottom Mostly, Waitsboro, Alligator I&II ramps, Leesford, Pulaski County Park (when it has water), Grider, State Dock (via boat), and Jamestown are a few places you might find me.

that works fine until they have had the jobs for a while and they start wanting more money etc. etc. etc. and they don't want bla bla bla... lol next thing you know, the UAW is down there.. =))
Buy American, the job you save just might be your own.

E, I have been to Braziland those folks want to work and need the jobs. I doubt that the UAW will have a chance. second, the Brazilian gov is way more crooked than the UAW, so I don't think they would stand a chance going up against them. Third, those folks would not pay the dues, for what the union would offer, they will take care of themselves.
