Anyway while I was logging my service ticket to have capatain wonderful call me I started a forum restore from one of the backups I had done while fixing the forum. THAT restore took HOURS (I don't know how many because I went to bed finally) any way when the forum is in restore mode I can not change passwords etc. again.
Anyway while looking in the service ticket area I also found a notification
that said Yahoo was having latency issues and it then listed the error message we had yesterday afternoon as what it could cause! SO BASICALLY it was them all along and that sucked me into f-ing things up worse... lolOpen System Status MessagesDate

This AM I logged in for a sec while watching the news and got no where but when I got to work I spent 20 minutes before clockin in for the day reading up on PHBB.

There are other places but it is a pain in the arse to move. And there is no gurantee they are better. I am not a web person. Never was I am a systems person. I know Visual Basic, Visual C++, Cobal, RPG, etc. etc. and I know hardware, firmware, etc. NOT html or sql so YES it drives me nuts.

ANd the errors earlier WERE caused by yahoo I found this on their site after all the work and making it work on my own before I screwed up and changed a password that screwed up the site.

But I have already lost almost an hour. Gotta wait for a unnneeded retore to happen before I can do more and it is delayed because of "latency issues" which was the cause of all of this to begin with and if yahoo had notified me none of this would have happened anyway.
