___...you might want to check out your contract with CSM. Most of the marinas seem to have a written 30 day cancellation clause. That would mean unless you cancel in writing by March 1st your contract is automatically renewed for another year!

I can see the marinas that are full building more slips because they are obvioulsy doing things right. With the economy as it is, to still be full is a great thing!
